For generations, Federation has been the engine that makes Jewish communal life possible.

Over the course of a century, we helped transform the world. We helped found and build a nation. We rallied and worked to free millions of Soviet Jews. We saved ancient communities while building our Jewish infrastructure back home. We reimagined Jewish life here at home and established a network that cared for our most vulnerable.

But our history is only the starting point for the future. As the challenges we face evolve, so must our solutions.

the lab

We have called – across generations and disciplines — upon diverse participants to engage in this three-day laboratory. Together, we are reexamining our approach to long-standing issues and exploring new methodologies for the concerns on the horizon.

FedLab is engaging Federation leaders and content experts with skilled facilitators. Together, we are diving into deep conversation and interactive problem-solving experiments that test assumptions, explore potential solutions to take us to the next level.

In the Lab, participants are the active ingredient that makes our progress possible. You’re bringing creative energy and insights to this structured, interactive experience. Together we are:

Exploring + Building

Planning + Acting

FedLab: Participants will leave ready with an agenda for their community, equipped with ideas and tools to tackle challenges, implement change and plant the seeds for our shared Jewish future.
